Epic Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness training, motivation, and nutritional counseling. We have researched and applied the most efficient ways in training to help you burn fat, tone muscle, and increase cardiovascular endurance. Combined with fun activities designed to help women of ALL fitness levels reach their goals. Some of the things you can look forward to happening in just four weeks with Epic Boot Camp:
